What we collect
When you ask for a demo call or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, and your answers about your business (what you do, how many locations, roughly how many calls you get).
How we use it
We use it to follow up about your demo call and to understand whether Callhawk is a fit. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it except with the tools we use to run our business (like scheduling and email), under their own privacy terms.
Calls handled for our clients
If you become a client, callers to your business may be answered and recorded or transcribed by your receptionist so we can book jobs and improve the service. We handle that data only on your behalf and you stay in control of it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing callhawkdemos@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.
